You agree to use the Magical Hunt App in its intended use. In order to use the Magical Hunt App, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Magical Hunt App if you do not accept the Terms. You can accept the Terms by simply using the Magical Hunt App. You understand and agree that Magical Hunt will treat your use of the Magical Hunt App as acceptance of the Terms from that point onward. You may not use the Magical Hunt App and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Magical Hunt, or (b) you are a person who is either barred or otherwise legally prohibited from receiving or using the Magical Hunt under the laws of the country in which you are resident or from which you access or use the Magical Hunt App.

Conduct- You agree not to submit or link to any content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, libelous, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult, nudity or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, or is racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, group is violation of these Rules.

Your use of the Magical Hunt App is at your own risk. Magical hunt is not liable or responsible for any lost revenue monetary or otherwise. Money spent on hunt items are not reimbursable by Magical Hunt. At our discretion, our representatives or technology may monitor and/or record your interaction with the Magical Hunt App. We reserve the rights to remove or modify any content submitted for any reason without explanation. Requests for content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We reserve the right to take action against any individual or group using the Magical Hunt at any time. By accepting these Rules, you hereby provide your irrevocable consent to such monitoring and recording while using the Magical Hunt App. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and any other parties with whom you interact using the Magical Hunt App. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes. You will fully cooperate with us to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, including, without limitation. If you have a dispute, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Limits on Liability - We work hard to provide the best product we can and to specify clear guidelines for all users. Our product, however is provided "as is", and we make no guarantees that Magical Hunt will be safe, secure and error-free, or that Magical Hunt will function without disruptions delays or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
